Terms of Service

Effective October 2026. Townvera is a United States sole proprietorship. These terms have not been reviewed by a lawyer.

1. Operator and contact

Townvera offers Local Growth Autopilot, a monthly marketing service for local businesses. Contact and support: [email protected].

2. Service and scope

Local Growth Autopilot uses AI to prepare marketing content, review-reply drafts and reports from information you provide. Social, Google Business Profile and blog content is manual copy-and-publish: you review the drafts, copy them and publish through your own accounts. Do not assume automatic posting, review syncing or platform connectivity is included.

3. Your responsibilities and prohibited use

You must be authorized to provide the business information, review text and other materials you submit. Check all drafts for accuracy, permissions and applicable platform rules before using them. AI output can be inaccurate; you remain responsible for what you approve and publish.

No fake reviews or fabricated testimonials. Do not use the service to offer incentives for reviews, impersonate anyone, make unlawful or misleading claims, or violate another platform's policies.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Prices are in US dollars, billed monthly: Starter $149, Growth $299 and Pro $499. Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Access to paid features depends on your subscription status. Stripe handles payment processing.

5. Cancellation and refunds

Cancel through the billing portal or contact support for help. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; it does not immediately end an otherwise active subscription. Cancellation and requesting a refund are separate actions.

Refunds are never automatic. Email [email protected] with your request; the owner reviews each request individually. This policy does not limit rights that applicable law gives you.

6. No guarantees

Townvera does not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, review removal, revenue or any specific business outcome. Drafting a reply does not remove or change someone else's review.

7. Retention and deletion

After cancellation takes effect, canceled-account data is normally retained for 90 days. Reaching that date starts a deletion request for human review; it is not automatic deletion. You may request an export or earlier deletion by contacting support, subject to verification and review. Backup copies may remain under each provider's retention policy.
